Shipping policy

DELIVERY

All purchases shipping within the United States will receive complimentary standard shipping above $150. Orders under $150 will incur a $7 flat fee.  With respect to the shipment of products and services sold through the Website, risk of loss and title for items purchased from the Website, pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. Should your item not be received but your tracking information indicates that your order was delivered, please contact customerservice@florislondon.com who will be able to further assist with filing a FedEx claim on your behalf.

Standard ground shipping transit times are between 3-7 days working days. 

Due to USPS restrictions, we are not able to ship to PO Boxes. All orders must be shipped to a physical address.

Orders shipping with 2-day delivery will have a flat rate fee of $25 USD. 

Floris US does not ship to Canada, Puerto Rico, Guam, the Federated States of Micronesia, the Marshall Islands, the Northern Mariana Islands, the Virgin Islands, Palau or the Armed Forces (Europe, Pacific).
